B-ER RAILWAY CRANE AND PRR FLAT CAR BY FINE ART MODELS
Crane (lowered): 8 x 30 x 5 inches (20.3 x 76.2 x 12.7 cm)
Two superbly built and detailed metal 1.32 scale gauge one models: A Bucyrus-Erie Railway 250 ton steam crane of a design built for construction of the Panama Canal, and a WWII era Pennsylvania Railroad flat car hauling four railroad wheel sets. The crane is an extraordinary feat of model making. Authentic to every detail, features include audible steam release and lifting whistle (which operates when either of the two lifting hooks are engaged), stainless steel cables, fully operable winch mechanism including rotating gear assemblies operated by internal electric motors, together with boom lights and forward/reverse motion capability. Presented in wood and glass display case.
