Condition Report*: Matted and framed under plexiglass. Slight paper undulation. Along perimeter there are a few spots of minor foxing as well as slight paper discoloration (mat burn) owing to contact over time with acidic mat. The acidic mat is now lined with rag mat so that the paper is no longer in contact with the acidic cardboard.
The drawing sheet is hinged to the mat board at the top. Fabriano (Italy) watermark.
On verso of sheet is a "No 46" in pencil at upper left; a 42 in a circle in pencil at lower center; a !%A written in pencil at lower left; and a tiny inventory number in pencil in the lower right corner "1033.) Also the sheet bears a circular stamp at lower right which reads: DOUANES Paris EXPOSITION."
