We wish to thank Monsieur Alain Blondel for confirming the authenticity of this drawing on the basis of photographs. According to Monsieur Blondel, this drawing "could be a parallel study to the watercolor Deux amies," circa 1924 (A. Blondel, Tamara de Lempicka: Catalogue Raisonné 1921-1979, Paris, 1999, p. no. A.31, p.436.)

Condition Report*: Sheet is torn along upper edge, appears to be inherent to when the work was taken from a sketchbook; minor mat burn noticeable when the work is unframed; one small stain center left, near the figures shoulders; otherwise, there do not appear to be any major condition issues. Framed Dimensions 12 X 11 Inches

While I regret my inability to personally view the work, you provided an excellent substitute for my not being able to do so, and I look forward to future Heritage auctions.
