    These illustrations were a gifted by the artist to the present owner's father during his internship at Playboy magazine during the 1970s. Many images are studies or quick sketches similar to those published within the magazine during Silverstein's column which ran for over 40 years.

    Condition Report*: Overall moderate edge wear including creases, folds, and tears along the extreme edges. Toning. Mild foxing. Small spots of surface soiling verso.
    The Cart: Water damage on the top edge of (approx. 5 x 1 inch area).
    Spanish Steps: Moderate surface soiling throughout the sheet.
    The Tower: Vestiges of old adhesive along the extreme left edge.
    The Piazza: 1 inch stain in the center of the image.
