    Condition Report*: Autumn Fields: Sheet is adhered to mat along top edge verso with light overall paper discoloration; mat is unevenly trimmed with wear including creases, tears, and loss; mat measures 13 x 20 inches. Hermit Range: Sheet is adhered to mat along top edge verso with light overall paper discoloration; mat is unevenly trimmed with wear including creases, tears, and loss; mat measures 17.25 x 22 inches; there appears to be a very faint inscription in mat, possibly by another hand stating, "The arch of Titus Rome 1878 / a [...] in January"
