Condition Report*:
Staining with a dime-sized hole to the lower right corner of the raised elavation drawing, cut-corner to one of the gridded graphite floor plans, and a taped paper addition to another floor plan, otherwise with a pin holes, toning with handling creases and small tears to the sheets indicative of age and use.
