Untitled Hill Country Fence Line, 1930s
Oil on canvas

This Hill Country landscape bears the early "Robt. Wood" signature. With many stylistic changes from the earlier Robert Wood "Buckeye" paintings, to paintings like this in less than five years, it is apparent Jose Arpa's influence on Wood was tremendous.
