Bolivia might not be the first country even a novice mineral collector would associate with the mineral Stibnite (sometimes called Antimonite) - the most important source for the metalloid antimony - but, then again, a "sunburst" is not a typical example either. This bright piece features sprays of needlelike metallic silvery gray crystals positioned almost magically on its black matrix. This unique example from the South American state is in amazingly fine condition for such an obviously delicate mineral specimen.
