The custom made blue leather fitted box with the original brown canvas cover, box made by D. Balazs of San Francisco and retailed by Shreve & Co. of that same city, the gilt vanity items by Gorham, Shreve and Simmons, consisting of 19 pieces excluding the case, all items with matching deco monogram, 'HTH', all but two of the pieces sterling, two perfume bottles have identical monogrammed tops but not silver
