    6-1/4 x 9-5/8 x 9-5/8 inches (15.9 x 24.4 x 24.4 cm)

    The two octagonal serving dishes (one being elongated), gadrooned edge to dish with canted corners, stepped conforming cover with gadrooned band at shoulder and radiating at the domed top, crowned with cast finial in ring form with sheaf emerging from leafed branch, engraved with contemporary crest and motto to lids and crest to dishes, motto PRODESSE QUAM CONSPICI (To do good rather than be conspicuous), engraved to the bottom No.4 61.0 and the other No.1 64.7.
