The cruet service consisting of Gothic-form mechanical, revolving case and six cruet vessels, bays opening outwards by turning finial to top, exterior of rounded bays decorated with wild game motifs depicting fish and fowl, the cut-glass cruets with silver-plated lids resting in aproned bays decorated with foliate motifs, raised on rounded revolving base atop four scrolled feet.
Note: The two spoons included are hallmarked for Charles Boyton I circa 1828, London, England.
Light scattered plate wear and scattered pin dents, underside displaying plating with heavy losses, opening and closure mechanism could use lubrication, plate loss to one cruet lid, chipping to glass flange to one cruet, light fleabiting to glass vessels, one Boyton spoon with warping to bowl, otherwise with surface scratches commensurate with age, polishing, and use.
