The teapot surmounted by finial in the form of a kneeling female with very long braided hair in front of large blossoming plant, atop radiating petal-work on a domed lid with gadrooning and ribbing, upper body with conforming design tapering to pebbled surface, body embellished with repoussé and applied leaf, branch, and foliage designs, low-set spout wrapped with vine and leaf decoration, central cartouches flanked by jovial putto, cartouches engraved Ma & Pa TO Hannah & Abe and Oct. 18, 1892, branch-form handle with conforming foliate design.
Finial with noticeable push, minor pin dents and shallow creases to underbelly near base, minor pin dent to cartouche, age-related cracking to insulators, otherwise good with surface scratches commensurate with age, polishing, and use.
