    Patented on December 5, 1901, this is an outstanding example of the pattern in near-original mint condition, silver flowers creeping into the gilt bowl, cupid clutching the maiden's gown with one hand and an arrow in the other, his mouth opened as if engaged in dialogue, the maiden gazing down at cupid and holding his bow in her hand, with period script monogram reverse of handle, marks include trademark, pat. apped for, sterling, marked reverse of handle
