A Viennese Gilt Silver, Enamel, and Rock Crystal Tray in the manner of Hermann Bohm, late 19th century
Marks: HR, (dog's head-A)
1-1/2 h x 12-1/2 w x 10-1/8 d inches (3.8 x 31.8 x 25.7 cm)

The tray having scalloped edge and gilt ground, perimeter interspersed with enameled winged figureheads and masques, two rows of graduated rock crystal tiles with phoenix, masque, putti, and mythical creatures engraved to each, enameled garlands and figureheads surrounding panels, interior oval panel with female figurehead adorned with crown flanked by exotic birds and scrollwork, raised on gilt ovoid base.
