The covered serving dishes each with applied silver stag on rampart finial to cover, engraved with coat of arms and inscribed PRESENTED BY THE VICAR AND PARISHIONERS OF ST PETER'S THANET, TO THE REVEREND HENRY MORLAND AUSTEN, MA. CURATE OF THE PARISH FOR SIX YEARS, IN TESTIMONY OF THEIR REGARD AND ESTEEM.
