The baluster-form gilt ewer having a lobed body with plain cartouche to center, cast grapevine rim to hinged lid, handle and finial, the handle cast as a naturalistic vine, with vertical leaves above the shaped round foot with gilt underside, rose gold wash to lid and accents to handle, with corresponding marks to body, hinged lid and finial.
