    The lot comprising:
    1 Martin, Hall & Co. silver-plated covered entree dish with eagle head and NIL DESPERANDUM engraved to lid (Marks: E P G S, MH & Co);
    1 unmarked silver-plated covered entree dish with eagle head and NIL DESPERANDUM engraved to lid;
    1 Hawksworth, Eyre & Co. silver-plated covered entree dish (Marks: H E & Co, EP).

    Condition Report*: Lids of two largest dishes fit poorly, lid handle of one of largest dishes raised on one side, dripped metal to interior of one of largest dishes, lid handle of smallest dish, drilled hole through rim of smallest dish, scattered rubbing and pitting to silver plating, with a few spots of verdigris, and general surface scratches and abrasions to all pieces, with wear commensurate with age and use.
