    28.62 troy ounces

    The Armada pattern pyriform claret jug on conforming stepped foot, chased repoussé surface of waves and flowers on textured ground centering cartouche to front and back, cartouche flanked by cast winged mermaid and merman in relief, cast leopard at belly front, bands of design to neck raise to shaped spout with hinged cover with acorn finial on lever attached to handle of addorsed scrolls with bone insulators, lid opens to silver gilt interior, contemporary coat of arms to front cartouche with banner reading SQIEZ PREST.
