The tray with finely cast everted rim with cast shell border decorated with finely detailed lions and panthers among grape bunches interspersed between grape leaves and Rococo-style scrollwork, central reserve with blank cartouche surrounded by acid-etched depictions of Renaissance figures including men and women in courting and dancing scenes, raised on six figured paw feet.
