    The tapered cylindrical banded tankard, S-form handle with heart-form terminal, stepped domed lid, shaped flange with loop thumbpiece and five knuckle hinge, handle engraved TS, (Grimwade 733).

    Condition Report*: The lid is marked FW to the top, (lion passant), (leopard's head crowned), C to the interior of the lid The handle is marked FW The body is marked (lion passant), (leopard's head crowned), FW, C   Condition: Lid:  indications of minor straightening to the outer rim Handle:  crescent shape dent above monogram, linear dent to outer right edge below monogram, small dent to upper outer right edge, ditto to left outer edge, heart shaped boss tip with minor dent Body:  overall good condition commensurate with age, foot slightly out of round
