This signed and dated portrait relief bronze portrays America's 26th President. Bronze plaque contains a quotation by Theodore Roosevelt reading, "AGGRESSIVE FIGHTING FOR THE RIGHT IS THE NOBLEST SPORT THE WORLD AFFORDS." It is signed and dated Fraser, 1920.
