The a portion of the present work is published as the back cover of the 1973 Berkley Books reissue of Make Room! Make Room! by Harry Harrison, which was the basis for the film Soylent Green starring Charlton Heston.

This reissue was timed with the release of the film, and the scene depicted here is one of Heston's climactic moments.
