This present work appears in the first serialized installment of "Gladiator at Law" by Frederick Pohl and Cyril M. Kornbluth. Gladiator At Law would be published as a novel the following year, and remains known for its darkly satirical look at a future of corporate monopolies and what we would today call smart houses.
