    Included in the lot: a letter on Bethany College of Fine Arts letterhead reading the following: Sept. 10, 1928 Mrs. Charles W. Rainey, Omaha, Nebr. My dear Mrs. Rainey: I am sending the dry-point "Mesa Verde Cedars" and the wood-cut "River Nocturne" by insured parcel post to-day, and I trust they will arrive in good condition.
