We wish to thank Matthew Rowe for his cataloguing assistance. Mr. Rowe points out that encaustics like Triangles and Circles "show Bisttram's process in developing his geometric style based on Dynamic Symmetry--composition based on the golden ratio. . . . Within the realm of Bisttram encaustics, this is a good example. . . [with] the mottling of colors throughout the circles and triangles contrasted with the more linear color fills."
