Michael Feinstein is a five-time Grammy Award-nominated pianist and singer who's been dubbed the ambassador of the Great American Songbook. Very early in his career he formed a close friendship with famed lyricist Ira Gershwin. The two met when Gershwin hired Feinstein to catalog his extensive record collection, which led to several years of researching and preserving dozens of unpublished Gershwin songs.

Feinstein's time with Gershwin greatly influenced him. Feinstein's first album, Pure Gershwin, was released in 1986 and has been followed by 34 more albums. Early this year, he released Gershwin Country, reimagining the timeless Gershwin songbook through the contemporary lens of country music including pairings with Dolly Parton, Alison Krauss, Brad Paisley and Rosanne Cash.

This sketch by legendary artist Al Hirschfeld was used as the album cover for Feinstein's second album, Live at The Algonquin, which was released in 1988.

This giclée, part of an extremely limited edition, is printed on 15" x 18" hot press paper and has been generously autographed by Feinstein.

The edition is numbered, includes the official Hirschfeld Foundation embossed seal and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity directly from the Al Hirschfeld Foundation.
Proceeds to Benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and The Al Hirschfeld Foundation.
