Two Maya Vessels

Mesoamerica, c. 700-900 AD

One a plumbate turkey vessel. The other an orangeware whistling vessel with a seated monkey forming one chamber attached by a channel to a large bucket shape. In good condition, the whistling vessel broken and with visible repairs.
