In 1971, Norman Ives and Sewell Sillman published a portfolio of 14 Walker Evans photographs. All the prints were contact printed by Thomas A. Brown from the original negatives under Walker Evans direct supervision. At the time of Walker Evans death in 1975, only 88 of the projected 100 portfolios had been mounted, numbered and signed. This is one of the remaining unsigned prints.

Condition Report*:
In overall very good/excellent condition. There is a small loss to the lower left corner of the sheet not affection the image. In raking light a small raised area is visible in the center of the print. This is from the affixing of dry-mounting tissue to the back of the print which was never mounted to board.
