    Text on acrylic reads:
    When he was a child, Roy Pete had 'visions of my people coming home.' Having attended Powwows for 20 years, he says many feelings come up while dancing in the ceremonial circle. 'You come to an understanding that you are part of a much larger process and very connected to it,' he told me. 'It is such a feeling of returning.' Roy works as a software engineer in Wyoming.
    A certificate of authenticity from the studio of the artist accompanies this lot.

    Condition Report*: No visible condition issues; overall sheet size is  24 x 20 inches; floated in a shadowbox under acrylic to an overall size of 27-1/4 x 23-1/4 inches; artist's caption on glazing; not examined outside the frame.
