    Titles include: The Balcony, Sorrento, 1909; Pennsylvania Station, New York, 1911; Arverne, Low Tide, 1912; Consolidated Edison from the Second Avenue Elevated, 1912; Mercedes Autobus, Fifth Avenue & 38th Street, New York, circa 1912; Lower Broadway, New York, 1912; 'The Ghost Ship'- Waterfront, East Side, New York, circa 1912; Vanishing Point II: Brooklyn Bridge from New York Side, 1912; Brooklyn Bridge from Ferry Slip, Evening, 1912; and Sails: En Route to Catalina, 1929.

    Condition Report*: Each hinged to mount measuring 12 x 9 inches; a few areas of soiling to the mounts; one with waer staining to the upper right edge of the mount; several with slipped hinges; one with foxing along the left edge.
