John Paul Edwards was an American photographer and founding member of Group f/64 alongside Ansel Adams, Edward Weston, and Imogen Cunningham. Based in California, he embraced "straight" photography, creating sharply focused images of landscapes, architecture, and still life. Though less famous than his peers, his contributions to the group's 1932 exhibition helped shape the modernist direction of American photography.
