Mrs. Mary Machado, her daughter Mrs. Isabell Lopez, her daughter Irene, an infant great-grandchild Dorothy, Jr. and her mother Dorothy Sr., and a grandson Francis, the son of Irene; New York, New York. Scene in Harlem; United States Office of Civilian Defense workers helping soldiers and firemen to move people driven from their homes by flood water. Washington, D.C.; and Washington (southwest section), D.C. Negro boy.
