Gravure print was hand-pulled by Jon Goodman at the Photogravure Workshop, Hadley, Massachusetts; one of seven images in the portfolio 'Edward Steichen : The Early Years 1900-1927', edition of 500 with 50 artist's proofs, The making of the original edition of the twelve-print portfolio was authorized by Edward Steichen during his lifetime, and this single print is part of the original edition of 1,000 numbered copies.'
