Signed, titled, dated by the artist, credit, title, date, inscribed Sheeler Retrospective Exhibition, University of California at Los Angeles in pencil/ink, with Downtown Gallery and Art in America stamps, verso.

Condition Report*:
Neutral toned print on semi-gloss, double-weight paper, trimmed to edges. Areas of retouching and oxidation. One or two minor edge chips, with light wear to corners. Sold unmatted and unframed.
