    Verso: titled and signed in ink with artist's stamp

    Condition Report*: Dry-mounted, matted, framed, and glazed.  Minor edge chipping and lifting along right edge; quarter of an inch faint vertical line in the upper left quadrant, with no surface loss; otherwise this lot is in very good condition.
