    EARLY ARCHAIC ELK RIVER BLADE
    8,000-5,000 B.P.
    Tennessee, USA
    This superb early Archaic knife blade is in excellent condition with classic characteristics and oblique parallel flaking with a smooth patina. Made from attractive rust-colored Dover flint, it has squared shoulders and a slightly recurvate blade. At 4 5/8 inches long and 7/8 inches wide, this is a very high quality example of a rare and beautiful Archaic knife and is presented with a certificate of authenticity.
