    Condition Report*: Minor surface grime; an approx 3 inch diagonal line indented in board in mountain; an approx. 1 nich hairline abrasion at upper right in sky; under UV light, there appears to be scattered tiny touches of inpaint in sky, most notably to the left of right trees and an approx. 2.5 inch thin line correlating with indent in mountain. Framed Dimensions 13 X 25 Inches
