Condition Report*:
On stable, beveled panel support. Frame abrasion at right edge with a few apparent losses to upper edge, apparently stabilized beneath the varnish layer. Mild surface dust. Not examined out of frame.
Under UV: heavily applied varnish fluoresces green unevenly, and appears to have been selectively removed in some areas, most notably from the figures. Some brushy strengthening to the blacks in the background. Additional scattered, more finely applied retouching to the darkest tones of the two leftmost figures, and to the red/orange pigments of the center figure.
