The cover engraved with a presentation to one Fred Pocock, The Overseas Scrounger, For His Splendid Services to the 'AOFB' 1927, applied with five enamel badges of AOFB interests, together with a similar commemorative napkin ring presented to Fred Pocock, patterned with Royal Ensign in enamel and engraved with the names of ships he had served on. The Ancient Order of Froth Blowers was active from 1924-1931, composed largely of retired British servicemen and dedicated to raising money for charitable causes under the motto "Lubrication in Moderation."
