About Dallas Challenge
Dallas Challenge is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health, education and welfare of youth from the greater Dallas area. For almost 30 years, they have been a leading provider of programs and services that have successfully steered over 160,000 children, teens and young adults away from destructive behaviors such as truancy, substance abuse, school failure and juvenile delinquency that were negatively impacting their lives.

Dallas Challenge prides itself on dealing directly with the crucial issues that youth are faced with today. The teenage years can be the most difficult and stressful period of one's life because the transition between childhood and adulthood is often accompanied by fear, alienation and self-doubt. While some young people get through this life stage successfully, increasing numbers are caught in a downward spiral of issues like substance abuse and truancy which can negatively affect their education, health and welfare. We understand the severity of problems faced by today's youth; therefore, we are dedicated to our vision to turn around the lives of every child from the Dallas community that needs our help to get back on the right path. EVERY CHILD DESERVES A HELPING HAND!
