The "Docket" sailboat leaves from Seabrook, Texas promptly at 6:30 am on Thursday October 13, 2016

Starting lineup in Galveston at 2:00 pm

Just one tack and about 21 hours later, cross the finish line in Port Aransas, Texas

Option to be picked up in Port Aransas, or make the round trip on the sailboat back to Seabrook, arriving Monday, October 17, 2016

Boat includes three air conditioned cabins, two bathrooms, and food is provided-no prior sailing experience necessary, just don't get seasick!

This is the inaugural fundraising event for The Bryan Museum. The Bryan Museum, founded by Mary Jon and J.P. Bryan, is the result of their lifetime commitment to historic preservation and education. The Bryan Museum houses the largest collection of its kind in the world. With 70,000 items spanning 12,000 years, it includes treasures ranging from ancient Native American cultural artifacts to 21st century pieces-rare German, French, Spanish, and English documents; exquisite saddles; spurs; antique firearms; exceptionally rare maps and books; fine art; religious and folk art; portraits; and documents.
