    Dean Cornwell, perhaps the most successful of illustrator Harvey Dunn's many students, had his editorial and advertising work published in nearly every major magazine of his day. Cornwell devoted himself to the field of illustration not only through his own magnificent work, but also as an instructor at the Art Student's League and as the President of the Society of Illustrators from 1922 to 1926.
