This is the fifth annual Red Dot Auction benefiting the Chuck Jones Center for Creativity. What sets the Red Dot Auction apart from other silent auctions is the disciplines imposed upon each artist: the work must be 12" square and it must be signed on the reverse. As a result, bidders will not know which artists created which works; all the bidder can rely upon is their heart to guide them. At this silent auction, you will find work from a four-year old to a septuagenarian, from amateur to professional: painter, draftsman, architect, photographer, cartoonist, animator, the extremely famous, and those yet to be discovered, have all come together in the service of promoting the vision of the Chuck Jones Center for Creativity.
The Chuck Jones Center for Creativity, South Coast Collection (SoCo), 3321 Hyland Avenue, Costa Mesa, California. Admission to the Red Dot Auction is $25 per person ($35 at the door) and open to the public. Tickets are available at ChuckJonesCenter.org. The Red Dot Auction benefiting Chuck Jones Center for Creativity opens for online bidding on April 10, 2015 at 10 PM CT. Online bidding ends at 10 PM CT, April 30, 2015 and the auction resumes live on May 1, 2015 at 7 PM PT at the Chuck Jones Center for Creativity.
