    The Palladian style building in 1:12 scale with four rooms on the front side and four rooms and a two story hall on the reverse; the building raised on oak frame; the exterior painted cream with slate tile roof, with carved columns and sculpture niches fitted with marble busts; the building wired for light.

    The interior divided into eight themed rooms, each with permanently attached items to the walls and ceiling, totaling 213 separate items. Each room with hardwood parquetry floors with the exception of the two storey Grand Hall which features travertine stairs and a marble floor.
