Condition Report*:
Frame abrasion at extreme edges, not visible when framed. An approximately 1-inch vertical scratch through the signature, affecting the "n" in Blanchard. Pigment separation to red jacket of the figure at far left foreground.
Under UV: thinly applied varnish fluoresces green unevenly. Apparent strengthening applied to darkest tones. Some modern pigments, particularly the whites, fluoresce.
