    This early masterpiece, one of the greatest pin-ups the artist ever painted, was reproduced as a full-color double-page spread in Vargas, Taschen, 1990. Alberto Vargas thought so highly of this lot and the following two stunning paintings that he retained them in his personal collection.

    Condition Report*: Scattered faint linear scratches in the upper background area. Light linear repaired tear and a small area of light accretions on the center right edge. A pin point faint accretion on figure's left arm. Faint scratch and two pin point possible accretions or abrasions on figure's left thigh and lower area of her legs. Not examined outside of frame. Framed under plexiglass to an overall size of 40.5 x 55 inches.
