The scroll has a paper label affixed Beschriftung: Da De Wu Nien Djou Yua Dchao Tse Nang Im neunten Monat des funften Jahres der Regieriung des Kaisers Da De (Yuan Chong=Timur, 1295-1307) gemalt von Dchao Tse Nang. Jagdzug des Kaisers Timur. Translation: Caption: Da Wu Nien Djou Yua Dchao Tse Nang Painted by Dchao Tse Nang in the ninth month of the fifth year of the reign of Emperor Da De (Yuan Chong = Timur, 1295-1307). Hunting procession of Emperor Timur. The scroll also bears calligraphy with five red seals.
