    Shirley Temple - Group of Three Award Certificates (1947/50).
    8-1/2 x 11 inches (21.6 x 27.9 cm)

    Three award certificates presented to Temple, including a 1947 Boxoffice Blue Ribbon Award, measuring 8.5" x 11", for her role of Susan Turner in the RKO film, The Bachelor and the Bobby Soxer; a 1947 "Citation for Distinguished Service Awarded to Shirley Temple" from the Community Chests of America, measuring 7.5" x 9.5"; and a 12" x 15" "Resolution of Appreciation and Affection" awarded to Temple by the Junior Auxiliary of the Jewish Home for the Aged of Los Angeles, dated May 17, 1950, and signed by Auxiliary President Ida Mayer Cummings and Trustee Mary Pickford. All certificates show wear due to age, including toning, light soiling, folds, and some chipped edges.
