    This lot is accompanied by a photo-certificate of authenticity signed and dated October 24, 1985 by Denice Bazetoux. Madame Bazetoux has kindly confirmed that this painting is the same as no. 2208 in her catalogue raisonné, despite the discrepancies in size and support.

    Condition Report*: Board is very slightly buckled convexly. Some yellowing to the varnish layer, most visible in the sky area. A very few scattered pinpoint losses. Overall the work presents well.
    Under UV: varnish fluoresces green. A very few scattered finely applied pinpoint retouches.
