5" Tall x 4½" Wide

The vessel, with barrel form, has a smooth creamy orange ground, the outer wall with painted divisions in red and black with pseudo-glyph designs showing a curling 'S' and undulating sets of images at the rim. The cup exhibits ancient pitting on the base, a small chip to rim, else is intact and excellent with strong mineral deposits.
